Happy 1st day of formal recruitment! 

The day has finally arrived! Today and tomorrow, you will meet all 7 chapters! Go into these next two days with an open mind and a positive attitude! Give each house respect and ask questions that are important to you!

For some of you, you knew that one day you would end up going through recruitment. For others, this is an experience that you signed up for on a whim. I want you to feel reassured that you have a place here, not only in recruitment, but in our community as well! Remember to feel all your emotions. It's okay to be nervous! I can promise the women around you and the women you'll be talking to are feeling the exactly same way!
